Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to PrintReadySheets.com and the PrintReadySheets Shopify app. By creating an account, installing the app, or using the sheet builder, you agree to these terms.

PrintReadySheets provides tools to create print-ready gang sheets, optional DTFM preflight/upscaling, consumer dashboard exports, and a Shopify integration that embeds a merchant-branded builder while checkout remains on Shopify.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for shops you link. Shopify installs must be linked to a PrintReadySheets account from App Home before full merchant features unlock.

The Shopify app is installed only from Shopify-owned surfaces. Merchants must approve Shopify Billing charges, configure products and theme extensions, and ensure storefront use complies with Shopify’s policies and their own customer terms. Buyers are never billed by PrintReadySheets for upscaling; merchant allowances fund paid upscales.

Consumer website subscriptions are billed through Mollie and are separate from the Shopify app. Shopify merchant app charges use a single Business plan billed exclusively through Shopify Billing / Shopify App Pricing; merchants approve, cancel, or re-approve that plan in App Home / Shopify Admin. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or Shopify’s billing rules.

You retain rights to artwork and files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver those files as needed to provide the service (including attaching print-ready outputs to Shopify orders). You represent that you have the rights to use uploaded content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not circumvent Shopify Checkout, Billing, or platform security.
• Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product. Theme, Function, and Shopify platform changes outside our control can affect storefront behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintReadySheets is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or print production outcomes resulting from file use. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim (or, for Shopify Billing charges, as limited by applicable Shopify billing terms).

You may stop using the service and uninstall the Shopify app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or security risk. After termination, we may delete or anonymize data according to our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
