This Privacy Policy explains how PrintReadySheets.com (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website, dashboard, sheet builder, and Shopify app. By using the service you agree to this policy.

We collect only what we need to run the product:

• Account details you provide (name, email, authentication data) when you create a PrintReadySheets account.
• Shopify shop identifiers, product metadata you select, branding settings, subscription status, and order/sheet attachment references needed to run the app.
• Uploaded artwork, sheet layouts, generated print-ready files, and related job status for sheets you or your customers create.
• Billing status from Shopify Billing (for merchant installs) or Mollie (for consumer website subscriptions). Payment card details are processed by those providers, not stored by us.
• Operational logs such as feature usage, upscale allowance counters, error diagnostics, and security events.

We do not store Shopify customer names, emails, phone numbers, or shipping addresses. Sheet jobs are tied to the merchant shop and anonymous sheet identifiers. When Shopify sends a customers/data_request webhook, we confirm that we hold no customer personal data to disclose.

• Provide the sheet builder, storefront integration, order file attachment, and dashboard.
• Enforce subscriptions, usage allowances, and plan changes through Shopify Billing or Mollie.
• Respond to support requests and diagnose failures.
• Protect accounts, verify Shopify session tokens and webhook signatures, and prevent abuse.
• Meet legal obligations, including Shopify mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).

We process account, sheet, integration, and billing data to perform our contract with you. We process security logs and protect the service based on our legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention. We process billing and administrative records to comply with legal obligations. Where processing requires consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

We share data only with providers needed to operate the service, including Vercel for hosting, object-storage providers for uploaded files, Resend for transactional email, Endorr for identity and connected billing, Mollie for consumer payments, and Shopify for the merchant app and checkout. We do not sell personal data. Each provider receives only the data needed for its role.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards used for your data.

When you install our Shopify app, we access the Admin API scopes listed during install (products, orders, files, validations, cart transforms, and app proxy). You control which products require sheets and how branding appears. Uninstalling the app stops new access; shop/redact requests delete the shop’s integration record.

Account, sheet, and integration data are kept while your account or Shopify install is active. After closure or uninstall, we delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for recovery, disputes, security, or legal obligations. Backup copies expire through the normal backup cycle. Billing and tax records may be retained for the statutory period. You may request deletion of eligible account data by contacting support.

You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Contact hello@printreadysheets.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority. Shopify merchants should use Shopify’s tools for buyer-data requests; we cooperate with mandatory privacy webhooks.

PrintReadySheets uses automated file checks and processing to help prepare artwork, but we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

The website uses strictly necessary authentication cookies to keep you signed in and temporary browser storage for OAuth and interface state. Authentication cookies expire with the configured session or when you sign out; temporary OAuth state expires after the sign-in flow. The embedded Shopify admin app uses Shopify session tokens. We currently do not use advertising or analytics trackers on the website or Shopify App Home, so no non-essential tracking is set by us.
