Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PrintReadySheets.com (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website, dashboard, sheet builder, and Shopify app. By using the service you agree to this policy.

PrintReadySheets.com is operated for merchants and print shops that build print-ready gang sheets. For privacy requests, contact hello@printreadysheets.com.

We collect only what we need to run the product:

• Account details you provide (name, email, authentication data) when you create a PrintReadySheets account.
• Shopify shop identifiers, product metadata you select, branding settings, subscription status, and order/sheet attachment references needed to run the app.
• Uploaded artwork, sheet layouts, generated print-ready files, and related job status for sheets you or your customers create.
• Billing status from Shopify Billing (for merchant installs) or Mollie (for consumer website subscriptions). Payment card details are processed by those providers, not stored by us.
• Operational logs such as feature usage, upscale allowance counters, error diagnostics, and security events.

We do not store Shopify customer names, emails, phone numbers, or shipping addresses. Sheet jobs are tied to the merchant shop and anonymous sheet identifiers. When Shopify sends a customers/data_request webhook, we confirm that we hold no customer personal data to disclose.

• Provide the sheet builder, storefront integration, order file attachment, and dashboard.
• Enforce subscriptions, usage allowances, and plan changes through Shopify Billing or Mollie.
• Respond to support requests and diagnose failures.
• Protect accounts, verify Shopify session tokens and webhook signatures, and prevent abuse.
• Meet legal obligations, including Shopify mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).

We share data with processors that help us operate the service (hosting, object storage, email delivery, Mollie, and Shopify). We do not sell personal data. Shopify remains the merchant of record for storefront checkout; buyer payment stays on Shopify Checkout.

When you install our Shopify app, we access the Admin API scopes listed during install (products, orders, files, validations, cart transforms, and app proxy). You control which products require sheets and how branding appears. Uninstalling the app stops new access; shop/redact requests delete the shop’s integration record.

Account and sheet data are kept while your account or Shopify install is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute handling, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your PrintReadySheets account data by contacting support.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact hello@printreadysheets.com. Shopify merchants should also use Shopify’s tools for buyer data requests; we cooperate with mandatory privacy webhooks.

The website dashboard uses cookies/session storage for authentication (Better Auth). The embedded Shopify admin app uses Shopify session tokens and does not rely on third-party cookies. We do not use advertising trackers on the Shopify App Home.
